Girl of Mine by Jabari Asim

Girl of MineGirl of Mine by Jabari Asim is a sweet story that depicts the magic of a father daughter relationship through twenty pages of delightful illustrations and rhyming words. It is a father's song to his daughter declaring his love and devotion, and it is a beautiful tribute to the special bond between father and daughter.

Girl of Mine is a board book, which  is perfect for little hands, and the bright and colorful illustrations captivates the younger audience, while the enchanting rhymes evoke sweet emotions. The illustrations pictures an African American girl, and it is great to see a book for little ones that mirrors the multicultural and multiracial make up of America.
